Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Host Relocation: Refers to the company Host Relocation, located at Av. Paseo Monte Miranda No. 17, Fracc. Monte Miranda, C.P. 76240 El Marqués, Qro.
Client: A natural or legal person who contracts the services of Host Relocation.
Franchisee: A natural or legal person who acquires the right to operate under the Host Relocation brand through a franchise agreement.
Services: The services provided by Host Relocation, such as relocation, immigration procedures, executive transportation, among others described on the official website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Host Relocation services or acquiring a franchise, you fully accept these terms and conditions. Host Relocation reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Updates will be available on the official website.

3. Client and Franchisee Responsibilities

For Clients:
   1.    Provide truthful and complete information for the provision of services.
   2.    Make agreed payments on time and in full. Host Relocation is not responsible for service delays due to lack of payment or incomplete information.
   3.    Inform about any changes in personal or contact information that may affect the provision of the service.

For Franchisees:
   1.    Comply with the policies, procedures, and standards established by Host Relocation for franchise operation.
   2.    Respect the confidentiality and non-compete clauses established in the franchise agreement.
   3.    Do not use the brand, logos, or materials of Host Relocation for purposes other than those permitted in the agreement.

4. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Host Relocation will not be responsible for:
   1.    Losses or damages arising from incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the client or franchisee.
   2.    Problems in the provision of services caused by third parties unrelated to Host Relocation.
   3.    Any non-compliance by the client or franchisee with local, state, or national laws related to the use of our services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

    1.    Clients:
   •    In case of cancellation of contracted services, a refund policy will apply as stipulated in the corresponding contract.
   •    Host Relocation may retain a percentage of the payment for services already started.
   2.    Franchisees:
   •    No refunds will be granted for initial fees or payments related to the acquisition of the franchise, except as specifically stipulated in the contract.
   •    Host Relocation reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of a serious breach by the franchisee.

6. Use of the Provided Information

Host Relocation will use the information provided by clients and franchisees exclusively for purposes related to the services and operations of the franchise, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

   1.    All material provided by Host Relocation, including manuals, training, logos, and other intellectual property items, is the exclusive property of Host Relocation.
   2.    The reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
   3.    In case of termination of the business relationship, the client or franchisee must return or destroy all materials provided.

8. Franchisee's Obligations with Clients

    1.    Provide a quality service under the standards of Host Relocation.
   2.    Do not make promises or agreements with clients that are not authorized by Host Relocation.
   3.    Respond directly to any claims arising from the operation of the franchise.

9. Non-Compete Clauses

The franchisee agrees not to operate businesses similar to those of Host Relocation during the term of the contract and for up to five years after its termination in the territory specified in the franchise agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

1.    In case of conflicts, an amicable solution will be sought between the parties.
   2.    If no agreement is reached, any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in Querétaro, Mexico.
